ProjectHousing 21

TSA Riley have enjoyed an excellent working relationship with Housing 21 over the past nine years, delivering over 500 extra care units, with many more either currently under construction or in the feasibility stage. We have fulfilled the role of an employer’s agent and a principal designer, providing cost consultancy and development management services.

During this time, we assisted Housing 21 in exploring innovative designs, defining standard specifications, and enhancing aspects of extra-care design to ensure the needs of residents and staff are met.
