TSA Riley provided project management services for the planning phase, pre-tender phase, the tender phase, construction phase, and post practical completion.

The new 9 storey, 247 key Holiday Inn Express Hotel is located within Sydney’s every growing Airport Precinct in Mascot. The development is part of the Pro-invest hotel rollout across Australia and New Zealand. A 4.5 Green Star rating has been achieved through a range of sustainability initiatives incorporated into the design. These include high-performance glazing, energy efficient lighting, 83 PV cells installed on the roof and rainwater harvesting.

Due to the fast-paced program, construction included prefabricated bathroom pods to reduce trade coordination and trade delays, precast facades and floors. Room designs were also replicated to maximise bulk production and speed up delivery.
