ProjectHaywards Health Care Home – Bupa

We provided project management services to Bupa.

A state-of-the-art 64 bed Care Home with specialist dementia care and residential living over two floors.

A range of the systems installed are new or bespoke products to the care home industry – fire systems, heating / cooling, nurse call etc.

Back of house areas are situated on the second floor to allow the luxury en-suite ground floor rooms direct access to the gardens and include their own accessible wet rooms. All rooms benefit from flat-screen TV’s, iPod docking stations, top of the range assisted baths and carefully considered design.

The project is part of a larger development with a number of other developments being constructed at the same time.
