ProjectFlame Restaurant, Queenstown

TSA Riley provided full project management services for the Flame Bar and Grill restaurant fit out at level 1, Steamer Wharf. The circa $3.5M integrated Landlord and Tenant fitout converted a 460sqm office space into one of Queenstown’s premier restaurants.

Looking out over Lake Wakatipu, the Steamer Wharf site has become Queenstown’s main hospitality precinct. The addition of the Flame Bar and Grill restaurant will enhance the site’s diversity and provide the increased capacity and upgraded kitchen that the restaurant required.

Following early engagement with contractors, the project was procured through a negotiated fixed price lump sum contract. The nature of the integrated fitout required all parties to work together collaboratively and with trust to ensure that the project and client’s best interests were projected at all stages.
