TSA Riley is fulfilling the roles of being an employer’s agent and a principal designer, providing cost consultancy and development services for ERL on the delivery of their luxury private extra care village developments.

The developments offer luxury retirement living through individual apartments built around central facilities offering restaurants, lounges and leisure facilities, with care packages available for those who require support. TSA Riley has worked on projects across the UK, including Chester, Ripon, Worcester and Hampshire and consists of both the refurbishment and renovation of Grade II* listed and new buildings.

Our Cost Consultancy role also includes overall financial management of development costs and management of cash flow and drawdowns from funding bodies. We are involved from project inception, preparing development appraisals for site feasibility through to on-site financial management and in agreement on development final accounts.
