ProjectDive Crescent Car Park Upgrade

Tauranga City Council upgraded the Dive Crescent carpark as part of their plans to revitalise the City Centre and transform the waterfront in this area, provides approx. 129 public car parks. The works included stormwater collection / power reticulation for lighting and interface with concurrent watermain works.

The project provided challenges due to the level of discovery and associated design changes required to address issues identified during the implementation of the works.

TSA Riley provided the role of Engineer to the Contract (NZS 3910) and working closely with the project team to resolve issues as these arise.
