ProjectClub Refurbishment Programme and New Flagship

TSA Riley assisted in developing a procurement strategy for the programme of works and were then appointed  for the programme delivery.

The schemes varied in size and nature; from gym floor refurbishments to shower replacements and included several full scale gym refurbishments. The work also includes new build of Virgin’s new flagship club at Queen Victoria Street.
