ProjectBuckhold Road Development

This project comprised of the design and construction of a residential tower comprising 77 private residential units. The tower consisted of several levels, part 11 storey, part 18 storey and part 20 storey.

In addition to this, 2,200m² of flexible office space is connected to the residential building together with a 160m² café / restaurant, located on the ground floor of the building.

TSA Riley acted as the employer’s agent and provided cost consultancy services through the works which were phased and completed in three sections.
