TSA Riley was the Employer’s Agent while providing cost consultancy and project management services.

Works comprise ground works, site remediation and substructure construction. From there a supermarket shell was constructed and associated M&E services infrastructure was established in preparation for fit-out work to be undertaken by the incoming tenant. External works include work to the existing river wall and a highways scheme.
