ProjectArmstrong Creek Town Centre – Phase B

TSA Riley provided cost consultancy and financial monitoring services and acted as an independent assessor for this project.

The Armstrong Creek Town Centre is situated on over 40 hectares of land with multiple phases of developments planned over the next 10-15 years.

Phase B is the first built form phase of this development which involved the construction of a large retail shopping centre with Coles/Liquorland as the key anchor tenant.

The project also involved the construction of two at-grade car parks and a new access road.
