Our 2023 PCA Committee Appointments

Our people are committed to helping the Property Council of Australia lead, innovate and shape our industry. We are proud of the following people on their appointment to PCA’s 2023 Committees.

Michael Cuthbert | NSW Commercial Office and Cities Committee

With over 25 years’ experience in strategic infrastructure and land use planning, Associate Michael Cuthbert joins the NSW Commercial Office and Cities Committee. Michael will champion the interests of the commercial office sector, including the financing, construction, operations and management of assets.

John Reed | ACT Social Sustainability Committee

Project Director, John Reed will use his 30+ years’ architectural, design and project management experience to play a valuable role on the ACT’s Social Sustainability Committee. The committee will lead the way in sustainable development practices by advocating for energy efficient buildings to meet the needs of a growing ACT population.

Leigh-Hoa Luu | ACT Industrial Committee

With a strong history providing strategic, technical and design advice to advance high quality design within the public realm, Project Director, Leigh-Hoa Luu joins the ACT’s Industrial Committee. Leigh and her peers will implement planning and policy frameworks to support the industrial and logistics activity necessary to position Canberra as the economic heart of the local region.

Karen Sharp | ACT Economic Development

A highly strategic Project Manager experienced in the development and delivery of significant infrastructure projects, Karen Sharp joins the PCA’s ACT Economic Development and Infrastructure Committee. Karen will work with fellow committee members to provide long-term infrastructure planning to ensure her local region is an attractive place to do business and invest in.

Esha Patil | ACT Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee

With a deep belief that the fair treatment of all people contributes to the strength of our industry, Project Manager, Esha Patil joins the PCA’s ACT Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Esha and her committee peers aim to build diversity and inclusion across the property industry by promoting specific networking, learning, and sponsorship opportunities.

Marnie Elder | SA Mainstreets and Retail Committee

Marnie Elder from our Adelaide office will work in partnership with other industry leaders, helping to strengthen the important role mainstreets play in our communities. By utilising her 16 years of construction experience, commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills, Marnie will ensure the best outcomes for the South Australian retail industry.

Kimberley Kelly |  Academy: People and Culture Committee

Based in our Brisbane office, Kim Kelly is TSA’s Head of Organisational Effectiveness & Learning. A compassionate ‘people person’ with a focus on learning and development, Kim leads the design and implementation of TSA initiatives which help our people achieve their potential. As part of the PCA Committee, Kim will collaborate with her P&C peers to provide valuable insight into the innovations, issues and trends facing P&C teams across the property industry. The committee will act as a catalyst for developing and testing new professional development ideas to fill specific skill gaps within the industry.
