Dr Therese Flapper and Stacie Gibbons Promoted to General Managers

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Therese Flapper to replace Bruce Henry as General Manager in Canberra and Stacie Gibbons to take up the role of GM Growth and Development in the Sydney Head Office.

Therese has stepped up to take over the role of General Manager Canberra Region for TSA after just over a year in the business. In recent months Therese has worked on the Facility Security Enhancement Project for the Australian Federal Police and the Honiara Chancery Redevelopment for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in the Solomon Islands.

“I am very excited to take on this new role across the Canberra region,” said Therese. “I look forward to leading the continued growth of the team, and working with our clients and partners to develop their businesses in a 1+1=3 manner.”

Since joining TSA in 2012, Stacie Gibbons has been active in the integration of new businesses and the development of meaningful and tangible company culture. Stacie was previously the Rail Sector Lead where Stacie led a team of 20 and worked on a variety of large infrastructure projects. Before TSA Management Stacie worked in Singapore on Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix project.

Stacie steps into the General Manager Growth and Development role and will be responsible for long term growth strategies for the business.

“I am passionate about strategically positioning TSA for long term growth and creating a high performing culture in the TSA business. This new role allows us to find more ways to fully service our clients with new services, sectors and location, which provides exciting opportunities for our people”, Stacie said.

Group CEO Andrew Wilson said, “We are lucky to have a strong talent pipeline of outstanding leaders throughout the business, and Stacie and Therese were natural successors into these roles.”

“We are proud to have promoted from within, and 25% of the executive board in Australia is now made up of women, and we are committed to continuing to improve our diversity across the business and within the construction industry generally.”
